How does Eve Concierge work? What is the process?
1. Find items you want to order on any top USA website (like Amazon, eBay, iHerb, Walmart).
2. Send us the link on WhatsApp 71 000 971
3. Get a delivery quotation and select your payment method (cash on delivery or cash on order)
4. Confirm the order and wait 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive to Lebanon. You can choose to have the package delivered to your house or you can pick it up from our office in Sin El Fil.
How can I get in touch with you to ask questions?
Simply send us any question you have on WhatsApp 71 000 971 and customer service will assist you. We are available everyday from 9am-9pm including weekends and holidays. If you send us a text outside of operating hours, customer service will reply asap the next day.
Do you have a shop in Lebanon?
No, we are not a shop, we are a shopping service that buys and delivers any product you want from top USA websites like Amazon, eBay, iHerb, Walmart and more.
The products that you see on the website and social media are orders our customers have ordered, and that have arrived from USA to our office in Lebanon.
How can I know the price of a product I want to order?
Simply send the link of the product to customer service on WhatsApp 71 000 971 and get a delivery quotation. The final price will include shipping & handling, customs and service fees. You will know the final price delivered to Lebanon BEFORE you confirm the order.
How are extra charges calculated?
Extra charges are calculated based on the Weight ($19/kg Air Cargo), Lebanese Customs & VAT (depending on the price and category of your item), and Service Fees (10% of the total value of your order delivered to Lebanon).
Can I order more than one item at a time?
Yes you can, as long as the sellers originate in the same country. Otherwise you will have to place another order for a seller originating from a different country.
What payment options do you offer?
You can choose to pay Cash on Delivery when your item arrives in Lebanon (you may need to place a deposit), or you can choose to pay Cash on Order (more affordable option). When you select Cash on Order, you will be asked to pay the full amount as soon as you confirm the order so that we can process it. When your package arrives to Lebanon, there will be nothing left for you to pay.
Which websites can I order from?
We can buy products from any top USA websites like: Amazon, eBay, iHerb, Walmart, Etsy, Nike, Puma, StockX, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Bellroy, Goat, Nordstrom, Lego, Goli, Revolve, Net-a-Porter, Sephora, Clarks and more.
Can I order products from Europe / the world?
Yes you can from any website in the world as long as it is a trusted source. Please note, we do not place orders from websites originating from but not limited to: China, India, Turkey, Russia and Malaysia.
How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive to Lebanon?
Once you place your order, it will arrive to Lebanon within 2-3 weeks, depending on how fast the seller in the US ships out.
Can I buy an item and send it to you in US and you ship it to Lebanon?
No, we do not provide this service. We will buy the products for you from USA and ship them to Lebanon, you pay cash on delivery here.
What types of products can I order?
You can order any product including: supplements, clothing, shoes, electronics, books, perfume, gadgets, toys, collectibles, pet items, baby items (car seats, strollers..), gaming laptops and accessories...anything you want as long as it is legal!
What is the list of banned items?
Counterfeit goods, drones, weapons, animals, drugs, explosives, perishable foods, plants, seeds and illegal goods.
Does the size of my item matter?
No the size does not matter as long as the dimensions (length x width x height) of the package do not exceed 202cm.
I do not have WhatsApp, is it possible to order another way?
Yes you can visit our office in Sin El Fil to place an order.
If my items arrive damaged or not as requested, what will happen?Y
Your items are fully insured so you will receive a full refund in case of any damage as a result of shipping or mishandling. If your item/s arrive not as you requested then you will also receive a full refund or we will reorder them correctly at no extra charge to you.
