How can I place an order?

Send us the links/photos of the items you wish to order. We will reply with a delivery quotation including all fees and estimated delivery time. If you confirm, then we will process your order.

How are the extra charges calculated?

Extra charges are calculated based on the Weight ($19/kg Air Cargo), and Lebanese Customs & VAT (23% of the total value of goods).

Can I order more than one item?

Yes you can, as long as the sellers originate in the same country. Otherwise you will have to place another order for a seller originating from a different country.

Will I know the full price of my order before I confirm?

Yes you will see the full breakdown of all charges before you confirm.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The delivery time of your order depends on the seller you are ordering from. On average, delivery time takes 2-3 weeks from the moment you place an order. Please note, some sellers take a longer time to ship out and this can increase the delivery time to 4-5 weeks, and in some rare cases even more.

Do I need a credit card or PayPal to place an order?

No, you do not need a credit or a PayPal account to place an order. We do that for you.

Do you place bids on eBay?

Yes, we do. You’d have to provide us with the maximum bidding value you are willing to pay so we can start bidding on your behalf.

Can I order from any website?

Yes you can order from any website in USA or Europe as long as it is a trusted source. Please note, we do not place orders from websites originating from but not limited to: China, India, Turkey, Russia and Malaysia.

What is the minimum order value?

$25 (price of item online).

What is the minimum weight you charge?

The minimum weight we charge is 1kg, so we always advise our clients to fill up their order up to this weight level to guarantee a cheaper shipping price per item.

What shipping options do you offer?

How do I pay for my order?

Cash in AdvancePay the full amount when you confirm the order (cost-effective option).
Cash on DeliveryPay a small deposit and then the remaining amount in delivery. 

Can I order anything I want?

Yes, you can order anything you want as long as it is legal and not banned by shipping carriers or Lebanese customs.

What is the list of banned items?

Counterfeit goods, drones, weapons, animals, drugs, explosives, perishable foods, plants, seeds and illegal goods. 

Can I cancel an order after I confirm?

Unfortunately this is not possible as we would have already processed your order with the seller.

Does the size of my item matter?

No the size does not matter as long as the dimensions (length x width x height) of the package do not exceed 202cm.

Do you deliver all over Lebanon?

Yes we provide free delivery all over Lebanon.

I do not have WhatsApp, is it possible to order another way?

Yes, you can visit our office in Sin El Fil to place an order.

If my item arrives damaged or not as requested, what will happen?

Your items are fully insured so you will receive a full refund in case of any damage as a result of shipping or mishandling. If your item/s arrive not as you requested then you will also receive a full refund or we will reorder them correctly at no extra charge to you.

Can I order from Ali Express or Ali Baba?

No, we do not place orders from either of these sellers.

Can I buy an item online and have Eve ship it to Lebanon?

No, Eve only ships items that we purchase ourselves due to security measures. If you would like this option you can do it via our sister company, SkyShip.
